Port Clinton Lighthouse

Only the top portion has been saved. Located at Brands Marina, 451 W. Lakeshore Dr., Port Clinton. You can get views of this light from the SR 163 drawbridge across the Portage River near downtown Port Clinton. It’s best to park in the downtown area and walk to the bridge. Follow the sidewalk along the west side of the bridge and look for the lighthouse about one block upstream, on the right (north) riverbank.
South Bass Island Lighthouse

Vermilion Lighthouse

Can walk up to it; plan a visit to the Inland Seas Maritime Museum, right next door.
The remains of other lighthouses can be seen on Turtle Island and West Sister Island. There are 13 lighthouses along Ohio’s north coast, 5 are in the Lake Erie Shores & Islands.
