In an effort to enhance the experiences of groups, sporting events, and conventions coming to the area, the Lake Erie Shores & Islands Welcome Center is looking for local residents to act as tourism ambassadors. Several different levels of involvement are available. For those who are knowledgeable about the area’s offerings, sign up to be a destination concierge and help attendees discover varied attraction and dining options. Other options are event registration assistance or general event assistance, where you will be on-hand as an extension of the event staff to help with registration or other needs. You may also join the Welcoming Group where we will show our Lake Erie Love to attendees by giving them a warm welcome as they arrive to their host hotel!
