Champagne Tides at The Wave with a chef-curated menu showcasing elevated coastal dishes and seasonal favorites. Every guest will receive an entry into a NYE raffle basket giveaway featuring Wave experiences and curated goodies. Additional entries may be available for purchase during the evening. As the clock strikes twelve, raise a glass for a communal complimentary champagne toast to welcome 2026 with joy, gratitude, and good company. Seating is limited and reservations are strongly encouraged.

New Year's Eve Sausage Drop

This is a fun, alcohol-free, family event for everyone from 1 to 100, with bingo, scavenger hunt, live music by the fireplace with Seth Netcher, prizes, games, sausage-eating contest, food, and FUN, all sponsored by Tank's Meats, Inc., Phantom Fireworks, the Harris Elmore Fire Department, and the Elmore Historical Society. The event ends with the Sausage Drop and fireworks at 6 pm. Dress for the weather and be home in plenty of time to watch the ball drop at Midnight!
