22nd Annual Kelleys Island Chili Cook-Off Hosted by Peeper’s Benefiting the Kelleys Island Volunteer Fire Dept Saturday, October 8, 2020 1-5 pm Winners Announced at 5:00 pm Contestants: 8 quarts of chili MUST be delivered to Peeper’s on Saturday, October 8th no later than 12 pm! You must also include a printed ingredients list with your entry. Amounts need not be written, this is for allergy and health board reasons. You will receive one free ticket for tasting/voting per entry • Additional tickets for the Chili Cook-Off are $10/each, with the money donated to the Kelleys Island Volunteer Fire Department Winning chilis will be determined by public voting for 4 different categories: Original, Unique Recipe - chicken, white, or make it your own! The sky's the limit in this category! Authentic Style- classic red sauce with meat, beans and spices, Vegetarian - meatless recipe, original style or authentic recipe. Identities of each entry will remain anonymous until after voting has closed Chinese Raffles and 50/50 will be available as well.
