While in the greater Sandusky area, stop by the Welcome Center, conveniently located on US 250, just one mile north of SR 2 and 6.5 miles north of the I-80/90 Ohio Turnpike. Find friendly travel counselors waiting to assist you with helpful hints and travel tips. Discover the area’s history and heritage plus learn about special events and attractions you won’t want to miss. Pick up brochures, maps, directions, discount coupons and a laminated copy of our Shore Savings Card.  Plus, enjoy our expansive lobby with public restrooms and interactive displays and video. Open year-round.

For assistance in planning your stay in the Lake Erie Islands Region visit the Lake Erie Islands Regional Welcome Center located on SR 53 just north of SR 2. Discount tickets for ferry boats and attractions, maps and brochures, lodging locater service, restrooms and RV and boat parking are available. Plus, check out the kids play area and the interactive displays and exhibits depicting many of the region’s sights. Open year-round.
