"Ups and Downs" Exhibit

Merry-Go-Round Museum, 301 Jackson St. (at US 6), Sandusky

"Ups and Downs" is an exhibition to connect carousels and family recreation from the early 1900s to present. Featuring antique merry-go-round animals, this display examines how carving factories would create the different animals like several menagerie elk, created by various carousel manufacturers. A jumping giraffe will take the stage during the exhibit, as will a wolf, lion, and tiger.

Shooters, including aspiring new shooters, who live in the Camp Perry area are invited to take advantage of a new opportunity to do practice shooting on Tue and Thurs evenings at the Camp Perry Marksmanship Center air gun range. The Camp Perry 80-point, 10-meter air gun range is fully equipped with electronic targets that accommodate air rifle, air pistol, or National Match Air Rifle shooting. Instructors and shooting equipment are available at the range.
