Looking for a spot for your next family reunion? Consider Shores & Islands Ohio for your next reunion as the destination has fun for all ages and a mix of accommodations. Read on for some tips to keep in mind when planning for your family and ideas of where to stay in the destination.
Things to Think About
- Communicate – while it sounds cliché, communication is key when it comes to group planning. Conversations about who is in charge of what, financial contributions, who is attending, and the interests of family members can guide where you stay, what you do, and meal planning.
- Plan Ahead – don’t wait to book things that are must-dos. Whether everyone is staying at the same place or a certain activity or restaurant is on everyone’s list, making the reservation as far in advance as possible helps secure your spot.
- Discounts – With lots of people involved, costs can add up fast. Checking to see if there are group discounts is a great way to save some money while still having fun. Another cost savings measure is to utilize the Shores Savings program.
