A low-cost continuing education program, focusing on a variety of topics that benefit the Shores & Islands region and partners presented in conjunction with ECEDC and OCIC.

    • Join David White, Director of Firelands Forward, will be covering best practices for employee retention and cover key trends in workforce development throughout our region. David joined Firelands in late 2021 as the new Director of the organization, working with regional leaders to address local workforce challenges. He grew up in Toledo, Ohio and joined the Army in 2003. He recently retired from the Army after 18 years in the Special Operations Community. Have questions you’d like to ask in advance?
