A Day on Put-in-Bay
The ride from the mainland is half the fun! Two different ferry boat lines provide service from the mainland to Put-in-Bay on South Bass Island including the Jet Express, a high-speed passenger ferry, and the more traditional Miller Ferry, which can transport vehicles (including motorcoaches).

The team will pick up the group from the ferry dock and either provide a one-hour guided tour of South Bass Island and the Village of Put-in-Bay or will privately transport your group to your specific attractions. Island Transportation can also help with bundling attraction and sight-seeing packages.
Perry's Victory & International Peace Memorial

Travel to the top of the 352-foot-tall memorial that commemorates Oliver Hazard Perry's victory over the British during the War of 1812. Afterwards, stop in the Visitor Center which features displays, a video theater, and gift shop.
Put-in-Bay's restaurants serve up everything from seafood, lake perch, walleye nuggets and lobster bisque, to burgers, tacos, and pizza. Dining is "island casual," indoors or open air, with several places offering spectacular views of the Bay and the surrounding Lake Erie Islands.
Heinemann Winery and Crystal Cave

Founded in 1888, Heineman's Winery is the olded family-owned winery in Ohio. Tours and wine tastings are available at this historic island winery. Discovered by workers in 1897 while digging a well for the winery 40 feet above, Crystal Cave is the world's largest geode. Climb down into the Earch to see this natural formation.

Choose from Perry's Cave, The Butterfly House at Put-in-Bay, War of 18-Holes Miniature Golf, a rock-climbing wall, Fort aMAZE'n Giant Maze, unique gift shops, and more to have some fun.
You can find everything from trinkets to treasures, and many of the Put-in-Bay shops carry original art, collectibles, handcrafted jewelry and gifts, created by local artists. Entertainment at Put-in-Bay's bars and restaurants starts on the weekends in the early spring. In the summer, there is live entertainment day and night, seven days a week.
